Faith Hope and Love Relay
In July 2016 our Care coordinator Theresa Beaton ran a relay with her friends and family to raise money for Cancer Connections (a charity which provides much needed support and advice to those affected by cancer) Team Theresa raised over £1000 for this amazing charity.
Theresa was diagnosed with Cancer in December 2015 and faught a brave fight, she sadly passed away in 2016 but we will never forget the most caring and wonderful lady. Theresa worked with Westhome care services from the very beginning and is a huge part of our ethos. Forever in our hearts x
